Buyer & Seller Contact Information…
The first thing our escrow teams do when we open your order is update all contact information and send out our START INHERE buyer/seller information forms.
These forms alert your buyers to wire fraud, give buyers access to deposit earnest money via mobile deposit link and help gather your seller’s payoff information. With the market today being on such “a quick close” trend, having this information up front when the order is open is extremely helpful. Each day matters when your customers want to close “as soon as possible”.
How to help…When emailing your signed sale agreement to your favorite escrow team, please include all seller and buyer contact information…specifically correct email addresses and cell phone numbers for each person in your party, as this information is no longer added to their sale agreement. Letting us know if your client/customer does not respond to email is helpful as well.
