Property in a Trust or your buyers want to purchase in their Trust?

1. We will need a copy of the Trust for review to approve who can sign on behalf of the Trust.
2. If the settlor(s) of the Trust are the current trustee(s) then a copy of the Certification of Trust will work.
3. If any of the settlor(s) of the Trust are deceased or no longer acting as a trustee, then we will need a copy of the full trust documents, any amendments and a copy of the death certificate.
