Are you farming with a durable plan?

Last month we shared “How to Generate Listings in 72 hours.” What did you think? Did you get a copy of it? If not, you can still reach out to your Ticor Sales Executive and they can get it over to you! So while we are talking about generating listings, one of the ways you can do that is through farming. BUT do you have a durable plan for your farming efforts to watch them flourish and generate new clients?

Here are just 5 of the 15 things you can add to your list to create that durable farming plan…

  1. Door Knock throughout every quarter. This will add 4 additional pieces a year to top of what you are already sending
  2. Plan an EVENT for that neighborhood… Examples – Garage Sale, Taco Truck, Shred Event, Food Drive, etc.
  3. Advertise!! Promote all inventory you have whether inside or outside that farm area. This includes Just Listed, Just Sold or Looking for a Buyer.
  4. Call them! Need phone numbers? We have resources for that!!

Write a handwritten card! Your handwriting goes a long way and they are more likely to open it knowing you took the time to write them a personalized note!
